At Chemist4U, we aim to get your health products to you quickly, safely, and conveniently. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery options:

Standard Delivery

  • Cost: Free on orders over £40, otherwise £3.95

  • Time: Typically 2-3 working days

  • Details: Reliable, cost-effective shipping for all your essentials.

Next Day Delivery (£8)

  • Need your order faster? Choose our Next Day Delivery service for just £8.

  • Cut off time: Orders placed before 3 PM on weekdays qualify for next day delivery (Monday–Friday).

  • Perfect for urgent but not immediate needs.

Overnight Shipping (£40)

  • For truly urgent orders, select our Overnight Shipping option at £40.

  • Your package will be dispatched to arrive the very next morning.

  • Ideal for critical medications or last-minute requirements.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. If you need to return a product:

  • Returns Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return most unopened, unused items.

  • Prescription Medicines: Due to safety regulations, prescription medicines cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the product.

  • How to Return: Contact our customer service team at Info@fastchemist4u.com to initiate a return and receive instructions.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure returns are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

  • We cannot accept returns of opened or partially used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
